Workout Wednesday: Ohio State Workout

Coach Robert Gary and the Ohio State XC team headed to Blowing Rock, NC to stay at the beautiful running oasis, ZAP Fitness ( Gary and his Buckeyes ran a workout September 7th on Bass lake at Moses Cone National Park. The Buckeyes ran up hill hard for 5.5 miles, took a little break at the top to see the scenery, jogged 5.5 miles down the hill and did a flat 1500 “cool down” , as Coach Gary called it, at five min pace. All in all the team did 16 miles and headed back to ZAP for some good food and a nice siesta.
