RYAN VAIL: Technique | Favorite Marathon Workout
Ryan Vail is ready for any challenge, and his accomplishments are built on toughness and consistency. After an outstanding career at Oklahoma State, Ryan returned home to Portland, OR and continues to train under Dave Smith, his college coach. With lifetime bests of 27:44 for 10k on the track and a 62:04 half marathon in 2013, Ryan is currently preparing for the NYC marathon. He concluded his 2012 season by running 2:11:45 at Fukuoka Marathon in Japan, his second attempt at the distance.
