We caught up with 3 of NC State’s best runners – junior Sam Parsons, Washington senior transfer Meron Simon, and Elon senior transfer Luis Vargas after a tough workout in Raleigh. The guys talk about what it’s like to be training together for the first time, and their goals for the season. Parsons and Simon both figure to be pivotal members of the XC team, while Vargas only has track eligibility remaining.
